The following were duly elected to the Board at the EGM held on 25th November 2010:
Bill Hobman (Chairman), Bob Watters (Treasurer), Derek Biddle, Val Hobman, Harold Symonds, Jim Simpson, and Roger Holmes.
The Company Secretary (ex officio) is Hester Joubert.
Co-opted members are:
Sally McGoon and Eric Witheridge
Patrick Molyneux (District Council Observer)
Bill Osborne and Martin Bowring (Town Council Observers).
LAiP is the umbrella organisation for the Lydney Docks Partnership so members of that Partnership, who are not already Board Members, are invited to become co-opted members of the Board. This will include James Bevan who acts as a District Council observer on the Docks Partnership.
Others will be invited for co-option where specific skills or supplementary technical support is required from time to time associated to project development and delivery
