Notice of a Special General Meeting of Lydney Area in Partnership

The Annual General Meeting which was held on Wednesday 21st September 2011 was not quorate and so no decisions could be made. A Special General Meeting will take place on Tuesday 4th October 2011 at Naas Lane Community Centre, Lydney, Gloucestershire to transact business deferred from the AGM.

6.35pm Welcome, Introductions and Apologies for Absence

6.40pm To receive and approve Notes of the SGM held on 25^th November 2010.

Copies will be available at the meeting and are available now from our website, www.lydney-online.co.uk (select Partnership then Meeting Notes then SGM 2010)

6.50pm To approve the Chairman’s Report  

7.00pm To approve the Treasurer’s Report

A Summary Financial Statement and the Full Annual Report and Accounts will be available at the meeting and has already been published on our website; www.lydney-online.co.uk (select Partnership then Accounts) if you are unable to attend the meeting but wish to raise a query or comment you can do so on the Accounts page of the website or by calling 01594 516383. 

7.10pm   Rule changes to the Constitution.

Rule changes to the Constitution are designed to more accurately reflect governance of the Partnership to maximise its operational efficiency. We have taken this review of the rules to correct former typing errors and/or inconsistencies which will be identified for your information at the meeting.
